Fund Onboarding Analyst

The Fund Onboarding Analyst will perform the functions outlined below:

• Curate collaborative relationships with custodians, fund administrators, and other counterparties

• Communicate directly with fund managers and third-party administrators, explaining requirements of the platform and

guiding them through the setup process

Ensure that internal stakeholders (Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Marketing) are

well informed about onboarding status updates and that expectations are aligned

• Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to

automate workflows

• Create and maintain KPIs related to fund onboarding

• Contribute to the success of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations team's goals through OKR framework

Ensure timely deliverables of all reports

Requirements

Fund Onboarding Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry

• Knowledge of alternative investments a plus

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros a plus

• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, communication, and time management skills

• Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
