Your role

Shopee's Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP) is a 2-year program filled with on-the-job cross-functional experience and learning opportunities within the Operations of Shopee, the leading e-commerce company in Southeast Asia.

Shopee Academy offers diverse programs and training to enhance essential skills such as stakeholder management, communication, and creative thinking, fostering personal and professional effectiveness. They take pride in collaborating closely with Shopee's leaders, teams, and individuals to co-create learning solutions tailored to their needs.

The Graduate Development Program is a 2-year program designed for passionate graduate talents to deep-dive into various business functions, pivotal to the e-commerce and digital financial services landscape at Shopee and Sea Money. Graduates will undergo four thoughtfully curated rotations, each spanning 6 months

Requirements:

This program is open to graduates / graduating college students and young professionals with 3 years of work experience and below in FMCG, Logistics, or Supply chain companies.
