Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on business or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of significant work experience in a business intelligence/reports and analytics role, previous employee benefits or insurance experience on a shared services operation is a plus
• Communicator; displays strong oral, written and presentation skills in English
• Proficiency in English required, proficiency in one additional language preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), including developing data models, writing DAX measures, and Power Query scripts

Responsibilities:

• Execute updates and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data models for GBM clients.
• Prepare H&B shared revenues report for GBM clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, for senior review.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to support reporting and analytics.
• Implement updates to existing dashboards and reports under guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in gathering data requirements from IGS, GBM Operations, and H&B stakeholders. Translate these requirements into actionable tasks (data extraction, report updates, dashboard changes).
• Perform regular data quality checks on GBM policy and operational data; document and escalate discrepancies.
• Support deployment and testing of new technology platforms, systems, or applications, performing hands-on tasks to ensure smooth rollout.
