The General Accountant is responsible to ensure that financial information has integrity on his/her area of responsibility to ensure error free processing, problem resolution, and delivering performance that meets or exceeds service level agreement. 

Education:

BS Accountancy graduate, preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Professional Experience

2-5 years work relevant GL experience

Experience in Auditing firm preferably

SAP expert in General ledger (FICO); knowledgeable in other SAP accounting modules (AR, AP, MM)

Knowledgeable in IFRS and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Knowledgeable in MS office

Project and/or Process Experience

Preferably with experience in process improvements

Ability to reconcile complex accounts

Background in AR/AP/ICO preferred

Intercultural/International Experience 

Experience with working with international teams required

Advanced customer relationship and stakeholder management skills

Experience in a manufacturing or BPO setting is preferred
