About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including general bookkeeping, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support accurate and timely financial reporting, assist in audits, and help maintain the integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports

Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant accounting principles

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules

Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Financial Analysis

Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work on a night shift and flexible with shifting schedules

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
