General Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee the accounting cycle and reporting functions of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Management Accounting Team of the day-to-day operation and ensure the accurate, complete and timely recording and processing of transactions and data.
Ensure that financial reports comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or relevant accounting standards.
Making sure that the services for Financial Reporting, BS Reconciliation, Costing, Budgeting, Intercompany transaction, MSF, Inventory and Fixed Asset are provided
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounting department.
Recommend and implement changes to streamline financial processes.


Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting and Accounting Technology
At least 3 years work experience relevant to the role
Has experience and knowledgeable in performing month-end closing procedures - knowledgeable for the overall function of GL and Management reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Skills
