General Accounting / Tax Supervisor - Laguna

Salary Range: ₱ 30,000 - ₱ 35,000
Work Location: Calamba, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday


- Preferably lives Near Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna
- Supervises quality and accuracy of all internal and external financial reports prepared by Accounting Department team for submission to management, BIR, SEC and LGU
- Evaluates existing accounting process and implement improvements as needed
- Prepares weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the management information and decision making
- Safeguard all company’s assets and equipment by regular monitoring, lapsing and annual physical count
- Reconciliation of financial statements’ schedules, initiation and posting of adjustments
- Responsible for the preparation, filing, and payment of tax returns
- Responsible for the preparation of daily/monthly cash position and bank reconciliation
- Responsible for the reconciliation between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Coordinates with the external audit requirements
- To provide pertinent accounting information to finance department as the need arises (e.g. application for bank/financial institution financing, loans and other forms of borrowing requirement by the Company)
- To handle concerns with BIR, LGU, SEC and other government regulatory agencies
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned to by the management
