Job Description - General Affairs Staff (PEZA)

  • Handle the procurement of goods and services;
  • Undertake materials/supplies inventories;
  • Process billings, import permits, AEPs of expats;
  • Submit related reports;
  • Facilitate business trips requirements;
  • Handle contract reviews;
  • Coordination with building admin on related matters;
  • Oversee the coordination of company activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / any 4-year course

Special trainings/competencies:

  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Knowledge of MS office, particularly in excel
  • Experience in PEZA-related transactions

Personal skills:

  • Attention to details; team worker
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Above average communication skills

Working experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administration and purchasing role

Work Schedule:

    Hybrid, Mon-Fri (08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Flexi) (office 3x per week)
