Position Title: General Maintenance (Aircon Maintenance)

Salary: 13,000 - 15,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Facilities Manager / Assistant Facilities Manager

Primary Relationships: Internal Team

Schedule: 9:00 PM TO 6:00 AM PH Time

Background:

We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance checks on air conditioning systems and other company equipment

• Cleaning air filters and replacing them if necessary to ensure proper functionality

• Handling basic repairs and maintenance

• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary

• Diagnosing mechanical issues and electrical problems with the whole vicinity

• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary

  • Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained

  • Clean up spills and appropriate equipment

  • Maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational course graduate

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools

• Proven maintenance experience

• Experience performing routine maintenance

• Strong organizational, attention to detail and follow up skills

• Professional presentation and attitude

• Ability to maintain focus while working individually

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts

• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary

• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches

• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices

• Strong electrical background is a plus
