Our iconic 5-story showroom in Makati serves top architects, interior designers, and homeowners seeking to furnish their private residences with exclusive, high-end pieces.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our talented sales, operations, merchandising, and creative teams. The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with the ability to foster strong connections with our valued designers, homeowner clients, and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Client Relations:Support and drive the sales team by developing key relationships with top-er architects, interior designers, and homeowners, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Supplier Partnerships:Manage and nurture relationships with our supplier-partners in Italy and Spain to ensure seamless communication and access to their latest collections.

Merchandising & Showroom Oversight:Oversee showroom orders and ensure our space reflects the curated luxury our clients expect.

Event Conceptualization: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and external marketing agencies to plan and execute exclusive, curated lifestyle events in our showroom.

Operational Excellence:Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimize internal processes, and manage resources efficiently.

International Engagement:Regularly travel to Europe to a end trade fairs and meet with supplier-partners to deepen your knowledge of current collections and trends.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Business Management or a related field
• Proven experience in managing multiple business functions, with a focus on sales and operations
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organized, with a meticulous attention to details
• Proficient in business software and tools
