General Manager

General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

• Overall management and operations of Arabica in the Philippines, including budgeting and development of forecasts
• Spearhead the development and expansion of the brand in the Philippines
• Spearhead the development of standard Operations Manual and Store Operations Manual for Arabica PH
• Oversee and manage the operations of each store, overseeing the Store Managers to reach performance and sales targets
• Evaluate store and store personnel performances, recommend solutions and improvements, and recommend training and development, as needed
• Conduct store operations compliance audit to ensure standards are met by each store, including quality of products and service
• Ensure the smooth coordination between store and warehouse, including inter- departmental transactions
• Conducts internal & external communication and coordination for store marketing and promotions
• Establish the Arabica brand with strong partnerships and connections
• Set sales and performance targets for the entire Arabica Philippines
• Directly coordinates with Arabica HQ and act as the representative of Arabica Philippines

QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 5 years experience or more in managerial role with proven track record
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Logistics, or any related field
• Master's degree in Business or any related field is preferable
• Experience with budget and business plan development
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
• Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings
• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guideline
• Strong understanding and involvement in administrative and human resource function is a plus
