Job Description - General Manager

General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for achieving a profitable and sustainable business growth.
  • Account and manage the full P & L.
  • Lead, motivate and support sales team to their professional development at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and the Management to create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan, budget and forecast.
  • Develop and strategy to implement and monitor improvement programs in cost reduction, revenue growth, quality management, safety and best practices across the business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners understanding their needs and providing solutions to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, sales development and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges. Must review the over-all marketing campaigns and to project its ROI.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with the Management team focusing on efficiency and profitability.
  • Evaluate sales reports and present them to the Management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Execute forecast sales figures and adjust strategies accurately as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Other functions and responsibilities necessary for efficient operation of the department and beneficial to the Company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • With Master of Business Administration degree is a plus but not a required.
  • At least 10 years experienced in FMCG, Retail or in the same industry.
  • Working experience in network marketing industry is a plus.
  • At least solid 5 years working experience as Area Manager or Regional Manager or GM.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
  • Creative, strategic and innovative, with a solid ability to execute and deliver bottom-line results.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to self-manage competing demand.
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
