General Virtual Assistant (with Marketing background)

This is a remote position.

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling emails.
  

• Assist in marketing tasks including social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination.
  

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  

• Help streamline processes and improve efficiency
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
  

• Strong background in marketing with knowledge of digital marketing principles and platforms.
  

• Proficiency in Google Ads and SEO
  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
