Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized individual who can work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and proactively communicate. The responsibilities for this position include:

• Billing and Posting Through Interlink
• Performing Bookkeeping Functions in QuickBooks
• Making phone calls and sending emails for Collections/Account Receivable Concerns
• Managing Ad Trafficking (traffic coordination), which involves overseeing ad materials, communicating with advertisers (able to handle phone calls when necessary), and proofing artworks
• Updating content on websites and managing social media postings
• Performing Administrative tasks such as data entry, list building, and report generation
• Generating leads during downtime/slow periods, utilizing both email and phone
• Managing email as needed
