We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Content \u0026 Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for driving the quality, accuracy, and usability of HR content across Eaton\u2019s Employee Center and the broader HR Services documentation landscape. This role partners closely with HR content owners, HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (COEs), and global cross functional stakeholders to ensure employees can easily access clear, timely, and reliable HR information that supports effective self service and contributes to Eaton\u2019s HR operational excellence.\n\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Content Management \u0026 Lifecycle Governance\n * Develop new HR content and update existing materials to align with system releases, process enhancements, audit findings, and new HR programs.\n * Conduct content reviews and manage updates or retirement of materials based on employee feedback and quality indicators.\n * Maintain and govern HR portal pages, layouts, and Service Request Forms to ensure clarity and consistency.\n * Partner with translation vendors and ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of multilingual content.\n\n\n\n \nCollaboration \u0026 Stakeholder Engagement\n\n * Work in close partnership with HR content owners (COs) and Points of Contact (POCs) across Eaton locations and business units.\n * Lead regular alignment sessions with COs/POCs to reinforce standards, communicate updates, and gather content requirements.\n * Provide subject matter consultation for new process implementations, country transitions, and HR transformation initiatives.\n\n\n\n \nDocumentation \u0026 HR Services Support\n\n * Upload HR Services (HRS) documentation to support operational readiness and process execution.\n\n\n\nAnalytics \u0026 Continuous Improvement\n\n * Use Employee Center analytics to assess user behavior, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to improve content performance.\n * Build and maintain dashboards that track portal effectiveness, content health, and usage insights.\n * Provide data driven recommendations to HRS Leadership and content owners to enhance content quality, accessibility, and impact.\n\n\n\n \nTraining \u0026 Enablement\n\n * Deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing support for new content owners and POCs.\n * Promote adherence to Eaton content standards, templates, and best practices across global HR teams.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related discipline.\n * Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in content or knowledge management, preferably within an HR environment.\n * Proven ability to create, maintain, and manage HR or employee facing content.\n * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret and translate documentation into clear, usable content.\n * Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with experience working with global stakeholders in a matrixed environment.\n * Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred) or similar knowledge/content management platforms.\n * Ability to interpret analytics, derive insights, and apply findings to content strategy and enhancements.\n * Experience working in global shared services or complex, matrixed organizations.\n * Amenable to work in a Hybrid setup (3x per week) in Tanauan, Batangas, following a US shift (9PM to 6AM PHT)\n\n\n\nAt Eaton, we don\u2019t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
