Performs and facilitates relevant HRMS entry and data validation for managers, Local HR, employees, and 3rd party vendor. Maintains data integrity in HRMS and offline trackers for stakeholders' use. Keeps employee personal records and information, retrieval, filing and reporting. Monitors claims status and key actions/information of the claim application until resolution. Coordination of claims status to stakeholders such as managers, Local HR, employees, and 3rd party vendor. Handles leave management queries based on SLA. Contributes to the development of business process documentation and process improvement initiatives. Drives internal employee engagement activities. Assists HRS projects and programs as necessary. Bachelor's Degree required Good communication skills - both verbal and written. Computer literate and able to do simple Excel actions. Strong attention to details. With strong analytical and logical thinking. Must be willing to work on night shift. Must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park). Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (HRMS, Case System, Outlook Shared Mailbox, Microsoft Applications, etc.).
