Role description:

The Global Sector program of Arcadis is a key component of the international Arcadis organization. From the Global Sector Program, we lead and steer 5 Global Market Sectors (Industrial Manufacturing, Energy & Resources, Property & Investment, Contractors, Technology) and manage the accounts of Arcadis’ 20 Global Key Clients worldwide.

The Global Sector Program team is made up of a Global Director and 5 Global Market Sector Directors, supporting staff and a team of Global Account Leaders (GAL) in the various Segments. To support our growth ambitions, the Market Sector Program Manager supports the Global Market Sector Leader and all the GALs within the Program

The Global Market Analysis Advisor - Key Accounts is responsible for supporting the Global Market Sector Director in meeting the Sector targets as they are outlined in the annual Market Sector Plan.

The role involves organizing programs and activities for the sector and supporting the development and implementation of the Market Sector strategy. It includes preparing and analyzing financial reports, dashboards, conducting market and competitive research, and providing insights and recommendations to the Market Sector Director and sector cabinet. The position is also responsible for interpreting market research, analyzing client and industry trends, and supporting brand and sector awareness through content creation and curation. Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication and collaboration across business lines, global sectors, and regional offices; managing sector information on the Collaboration Hub; coordinating meetings; preparing internal and external presentations; building a broad professional network; handling administrative tasks; and contributing to ad-hoc tasks and special projects 

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree in business or a related field and at least five years of experience in research, forecasting & market analytics, with knowledge of sales and ideally experience in business development or bid/proposal management. They should be confident in analyzing internal data, identifying sector trends, creating & presenting dashboards and supporting steerco discussions across key accounts globally. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and ideally Power BI is essential, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A proactive and results-driven

self-starter, the candidate should be able to provide sound recommendations to senior leadership and collaborate across global teams. Familiarity with internal systems like OSC and CH, as well as an understanding of CAPEX planning and business growth reporting, is also expected
