Global Payroll Project Manager-Remote

URGENT!!
The Global Payroll Project Manager-Remote Manila & Costa Rica will oversee and manage the implementation of significant payroll changes across a global landscape. This remote position, aligned with the US time zone, requires hands-on experience with ADP Celergo and payroll project management for remote large-scale operations (80+ countries). The role will involve a strategic approach to payroll process implementation challenges, workforce planning and pro-active coordination with a cross-functional team across different time zones. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic planning and project management skills, fostering teamwork and improved staffing efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as SME on ADP Celergo.
• Manage large-scale changes within payroll, focusing on strategic planning, skill requirements, and staffing alignment.
• Map out staffing requirements and ensure adequate resources for all stages of payroll process development, leveraging the available skillset from existing team and improving talent selection and talent onboarding timeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and communicate each stage of payroll process changes

• At least 5 years of experience as project manager for global payroll in large-scale organization in different time zones.
• Previous experience as SME on ADP Celergo.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Strong payroll technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage extensive payroll process changes, including workforce planning and communication strategies.
• Proficiency with project management workflows to coordinate resources effectively and ensure successful implementation.
• Ability to track and communicate project progress clearly to management teams
