Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10^th and 11^th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Global Sales Support Analyst with Insight, you will hold a position will process orders and obtain order shipment from Global Alliance Partners. Along the way, you will identify and drive continuous process improvement efforts.

As a Global Sales Support Analyst, you will get to:

• Process orders received from client with our Global Alliance Partners
• Obtain order shipment information from Global Alliance Partners
• Obtain and record appropriate information for asset management and maintain standard reporting requirements

We are looking for a Client Operations Specialist with:

• Bachelor’s degree in any course/ Associate level
• 1- 2 years’ work experience in customer service
• Experience working in IT/BPO industry is preferred
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
