The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Global Sourcing Manager to lead our sourcing function and build high-quality candidate pipelines across global markets. This role plays a key role in enabling hiring success across geographies by driving sourcing strategies, improving outreach efficiency, and leading a team of sourcing professionals. You will serve as the engine behind our talent acquisition efforts—proactively identifying talent, optimizing sourcing tools and channels, and ensuring a seamless coordination between sourcing and recruitment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the global sourcing team across various time zones and geographies
Develop, execute, and refine sourcing strategies aligned with evolving business and hiring needs
Drive global market mapping, talent intelligence, and proactive pipeline building for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Oversee the day-to-day sourcing operations—including candidate outreach, pipeline reporting, and process SLAs
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and employer branding teams to ensure alignment in sourcing priorities
Own and optimize the use of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, automation tools, CRM/ATS, etc.)
Establish performance metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor sourcing activity, outreach response rates, and conversion metrics
Build and nurture talent communities and talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Promote a high standard of candidate experience, even at the passive or pipelining stage
Champion diversity sourcing efforts and strategies across all hiring initiatives
Train and mentor sourcing specialists to improve skills and expand capabilities
What We Expect From You:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
Proven success in high-volume and specialized talent sourcing across global markets (e.g., APAC, LATAM, North America)
Strong background in modern sourcing techniques, including passive candidate engagement and advanced search strategies
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, AmazingHiring, Phantombuster, etc.
Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment CRM platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across cultures and seniority levels
A builder mindset—excited to improve systems, processes, and team capabilities from the ground up
