Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of food safety and quality systems for supplier quality development and validation of in-process products and processes. Conducts laboratory and production trial for testing and validation and monitors and reviews Manufacturing Processes.Willing to go on shifting schedule, 6 – days work week

Qualifications

BS Chemistry - Licensed/Registered Chemist or Chem Tech

Provides risk-based and objective assurance, advice and insight to the Management, the Board and other relevant Stakeholders. In charge of delivery of overall audit plan, reporting requirements to the audit committees and management. Plan, lead, and execute audits in accordance with agreed tailored procedures and audit methodology.

Qualifications

With relevant experience in Audit work, particularly in other fast moving consumer goods company or manufacturing company.

Manages key customers and retailers in the area, ensuring that business objectives of the company and the customers are aligned and met; Acts as a business consultant in terms of setting directions and offering advice in the sales aspect and as well as in marketing, merchandising and distribution that will improve and optimize the operations efficiently; Manages key supermarkets to drive excellent execution of in-store programs and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Business-related courses; Good communication skill and presentation skill; Willing to do fieldwork.

The Sales Process Excellence Specialist plays a key role in improving the sales team's success. They make sure that Sales Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly put into action and checked thoroughly across the distributor network. With strong analytical skills and a focus on details, this specialist guides the sales teams to perform better and work more efficiently.
