Our Information Security and Data Protection Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati for the role of Governance, Risk & Compliance Head.

In this role, you will oversee the alignment and execution of security duties across the Bank, ensuring teams work towards organizational control objectives and consistent methods. Additionally, you'll lead information security governance and best practices adherence, while providing expert guidance to stakeholders and managing the information security team to foster innovation and productivity.

What the role will entail

• Lead the development, dissemination, and upkeep of the Bank's security policies, aligned with business risks and regulations.
• Foster collaboration across departments to integrate security controls into business operations via a management system.
• Conduct organization-wide security risk analysis, implement risk treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security management systems.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to enhance services and security measures.
• Oversee the review and updating of security governance materials, including policies and awareness campaigns.
• Manage budget preparation, audit activities, and compliance efforts, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and timely delivery.

What were looking for

• Holder of Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, of any related field
• Holder of at least (2) professional security certifications such as CISSP and CISM
• At least 5 years of work experience in Information Security, Network Security, IT Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, or related role
• Experience in PCI-DSS, ISO27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Data Privacy program implementation ideally gained from the banking industry or similar environment
• Must have experience in managing small to mid-size team, with demonstrable people leadership skills.
