Graphic Designer

Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Web and Social Media Designer who will be working with our client based in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone innovative, empathic and community-oriented, adaptable and flexible, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and possesses impeccable communication skills in both written and verbal using the English language. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements
• Create social media content, including graphics, videos, and animations
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest web design and social media trends, and incorporate them into designs
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Continuously improve upon the design and user experience of the company website and social media platforms

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web and Social Media Designer or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and social media design work
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma, are a must.)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
• Knowledge of Motion graphics and video-editing software is a plus
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
