About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced, production-focused team specialising in signage and large-format print work. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality artwork within deadlines.

Strong production accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment are essential.

This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours that include overlap with Australian Eastern Time (AET) to support smooth collaboration and handovers with the Melbourne-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce artwork proofs based on client briefs while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to turnaround times.


• Prepare and set up print-ready files according to precise technical specifications.


• Work on signage and large-format print outputs, including:
  - Signage and large-format designs
  - Business cards
  - Flyers
  - Print collateral


• Manage and prioritise tasks through a shared design queue to meet production deadlines.


• Collaborate closely with the team through Microsoft Teams and the Corebridge job management system.


• Review and implement feedback from designers, production staff, and the sales team to refine artwork outputs.


• Maintain proactive and clear communication, raising concerns early and seeking clarification when needed.


• Ensure strong production accuracy and exceptional attention to detail across all deliverables.

Other Responsibilities

• Support additional design or production-related tasks as needed


• Contribute to improving workflow efficiency and design processes


• Participate in a collaborative and supportive team environment
  
  

About You

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design


• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator 


• Strong foundation in graphic design


• Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude for working with precise specifications


• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to interpret briefs accurately


• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take direction


• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven production environment


• Experience in print or signage design is a plus but not required


• Trainable, curious, and open to learning specialized production design workflows


• Comfortable working in a flexible schedule with overlap in Australian Eastern Time
