Graphic Designer – Social Media & Digital Content

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in social media content creation. This role will focus on designing high-impact visual assets that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands social media trends, and can create engaging pieces optimized for different platforms. Experience in UX/UI design and motion/slow-motion content is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design

• Design engaging visual assets for social media (posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, ads)
• Create branded templates to ensure visual consistency
• Adapt designs to fit different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Optimize visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance
  
  

Motion & Video Support

• Create simple motion graphics and slow-motion visual effects when needed
• Support short-form video content with overlays, transitions, and animations
• Enhance video quality through dynamic visual elements
  
  

UX/UI (Plus)

• Support basic UX/UI design needs (landing pages, website elements, user flows)
• Contribute to improving visual consistency across digital touchpoints
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, especially for social media
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital work
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Basic experience with motion graphics or slow-motion effects
• Understanding of social media design trends and best practices
• Experience in UX/UI design is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience working with growing brands or online communities
• Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Understanding of conversion-focused design
