Graphics Designer (Remote/Dayshift)

Digital Designer

Our Marketing team is looking for a hardworking graphic designer with experience working in digital graphics and illustrations. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional, preferably with a degree in graphic design or a relevant field.

The design position will focus on crafting a variety of assets for the Digital team.Specifically, we’re hoping to find a passionate designer who enjoys collaborating with other ambitious marketers in a fast-paced, high-touch working environment. You are structured and organized, you can identify challenges, and you’re a true problem-solver.

You are independent and proactive and love to develop and continuously improve designs and processes. You have a great eye for detail, and pixel-perfect design. You’re not afraid to share your ideas, taking projects into your own hands and bringing them to fruition. You have a positive and bold approach and like to stay ahead of current design trends, technologies, and developments.

Responsibilities
As part of our fast-paced marketing organization, you’ll report to a senior designer and work in close collaboration with a cross-functional team of marketing leaders, designers, developers, content, brand, web specialists, and performance marketers, in a multicultural setting.

Your tasks may include:
Understanding and applying the brand’s style guide and design system.
Collaborating with the marketing team on different design and branding projects.
Producing website illustrations including vector illustrations and UI mockups.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and competitors.

Requirements
Proficiency in Figma
Illustration skills and an ability to build on our illustration library are a plus.
Acute sense of design and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3+ years design experience
Fluency in English is a must.
Portfolio required
