GROUP RETAIL MANAGER
KEY CHALLENGES

• Having sales consultant achieve set quota per month of 2 units.
• Selling non-moving units in the inventory on a monthly basis.
• Stiff competition among the group and competing with our competitors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proper monitoring of leads and turning it into sale
• Determining and conveying sales targets that facilitate the actualization of our company's broader objectives.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promoting the brand into different channels such as banks, companies and government agencies
• Partaking in staff recruitment and ad hoc disciplinary processes.
 • Supervising staff to ensure that they perform the correct tasks to prescribed standards.
• Monitoring random negotiations to discern whether employees are adopting effective sales techniques 
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Increasing the financing and insurance business
• Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
