Job Description - Growth & Commercial Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Growth & Commercial Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia, with a focus on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across channels.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing brand initiatives that generate demand and support drive-to-retail strategies, while managing day-to-day execution across social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand
Plan and lead product launches and campaign rollouts across Singapore & Malaysia
Align with internal stakeholders (sales, ecommerce, design, customer service) on promotions, campaigns, and marketing assets
Plan, coordinate, and publish content across social media and digital platforms
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence across channels
Drive growth in social media engagement and community
Develop campaign and promotional materials in collaboration with designers and partners
Support partnerships, collaborations, and brand initiatives
Maintain and update digital storefronts (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, website, Amazon), including product listings, visuals, and promotional setups
Monitor key e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion, and reviews, and support ongoing optimization
Track and report on campaign and channel performance, translating insights into actionable improvements
Support internal teams with marketing materials, product information, and basic brand training when required

What We're Looking For:

2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail, consumer, or e-commerce environments
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting
Hands-on and execution-driven, with strong follow-through
Good understanding of how marketing efforts contribute to overall business performance
Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams
Able to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making
