Job Description - Growth Associate

Overview of the Role

The Growth Associate will play a vital role in supporting the paid membership journey at Ensombl by executing and managing social media activities, engaging with community members, assisting with email campaigns, and handling administrative tasks related to community growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for community engagement and digital marketing.

The Growth Associate will work closely with the operations and data teams to ensure smooth onboarding, consistent community engagement, and effective member support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management:

  • Screen and approve new member requests.
  • Ensure member data is accurately captured and maintained in the CRM.
  • Respond to community queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support with platform onboarding tasks and resolve member issues as they arise.

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and publish social media posts using provided content assets.
  • Monitor comments and engage with followers across platforms.
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Email Marketing:

  • Set up and manage simple email campaigns using the content provided.
  • Ensure correct targeting and list segmentation based on CRM data.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report key insights.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to community engagement and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain tracking documents and logs related to member activity and engagement.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the operations and leadership teams as needed.
  • Basic proficiency in Canva for editing and repurposing visual assets.
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Experience with CRMs and data entry best practices.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong team player.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or community support role.
  • Interest in professional communities and membership-based platforms.
