They are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies for clients across digital channels.
• Manage paid and organic campaigns including SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and run experiments to increase lead generation and conversions.
• Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and streamline campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
• Prepare reports and present campaign results and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, PPC, content marketing.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
• Ability to develop strategies, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a focus on experimentation and performance growth.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a marketing agency or multi-client environment.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Familiarity with growth hacking strategies and A/B testing.
