Job Description - Growth Marketing Specialist

Growth Marketing Specialist - Apollo

The impact you'll have:

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing demand generation programs that drive customer progression and platform adoption. Working closely with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager and collaborating across stakeholders and execution teams—including Solution Marketing, Partner Growth Marketing, and channel teams—you’ll help bring growth programs to life across SAM+, Digital Commerce, and ATC. You’ll translate Growth strategy into coordinated execution across email, web, paid media, events, Seller outreach, platform experiences, ensuring consistent messaging, solution and partner alignment, and measurable results.

This role requires executional and hands -on delivery of campaign asset building as well as quarterly planning and performance reporting, ideal for a marketer who thrives in cross -channel planning and delivery that meet monthly active user targets as well as pipeline and revenue goals.

What you will do:

Email Marketing

  • Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Partner closely with Marketing Operations (MarOps) on audience segmentation, trigger -based workflows, data requirements, and campaign builds

  • Ensure accurate targeting, QA, testing, and deployment across all email campaigns

  • Monitor performance and support ongoing experimentation and optimization

Multi -Channel Program Execution

  • Execute coordinated campaigns across email, paid media, web, events, seller outreach

  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to Cohort stage, intent signals, and audience segmentation

  • Deploy consistent, conversion -focused messaging and CTAs across all touchpoints

  • Work with Brand to apply approved creative standards, layouts, and messaging frameworks

  • Partner with the Content team to source, adapt, and deploy content aligned to campaign objectives and funnel stage

  • Ensure messaging, creative, and CTAs are consistent across channels, solutions and partner campaign execution.

  • Execute campaigns informed by cohort insights, intent signals, and performance data to improve progression and conversion

Demand Generation Support

  • Support demand generation programs and initiatives across SAM+, Digital Commerce and ATC

  • Work with Digital and eCommerce teams to optimize multi -channel paths to conversion

  • Track engagement signals and support cohort movement across channels

Performance & Optimization

  • Use Amplitude and platform analytics to analyze customer behavior, engagement patterns, and funnel drop -offs

  • Track and report on cohort progression, lifecycle movement, and intent progression across channels

  • Support cohort -based planning and execution, aligning campaigns to defined cohort stages, signals, and conversion goals

  • Translate performance insights into optimization actions across email, paid media, and platform experiences

Cross -Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Solution marketing and platform/ product leads to operationalize strategy across channels

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations on segmentation, campaign setup, and data integrity

  • Partner with Brand to ensure creative and messaging are on -brand and campaign -ready

  • Collaborate with the Content team to activate the right assets at the right stage of the funnel

  • Coordinate with paid media, web, Sellers, and platform teams to deliver integrated launches

  • Participate in Agile marketing POD to advise and produce high quality marketing experimentations that drive platform usage and test new capabilities

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing (B2B preferred)

  • Hands -on experience executing multi -channel marketing programs

  • Understanding of full -funnel and lifecycle marketing principles

  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to guide campaign decisions and optimization

  • Hands -on experience with product and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud)

  • Understanding of cohort -based lifecycle models and how to activate audiences by stage, behavior, and intent

  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into clear execution improvements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage parallel channel executions

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
