Job Description - Guest Happiness Specialist

About The Flex

At The Flex, we’re on a mission to make renting as easy as buying something on Amazon — simple, fast, and borderless.

Our proprietary Property Management System (PMS) powers this mission by automating operations, simplifying communication, and creating flawless guest experiences across multiple countries.

Position: Guest Happiness Specialist

As a Guest Happiness Specialist at The Flex, you’ll be the heart and voice of our brand.
Your mission is simple: make every guest feel cared for, supported, and happy throughout their stay.

You’ll help guests with bookings, check-ins, and any questions they have — ensuring smooth, stress-free experiences from start to finish.
Using our in-house PMS tools, you’ll manage requests efficiently and turn potential issues into memorable moments of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Support: Handle guest inquiries via chat, email, and phone with warmth and professionalism.

  • Booking Assistance: Help guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.

  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and proactive communication.

  • Communication Management: Keep guests informed every step of the way for a seamless experience.

  • Feedback Loop: Collect and share guest insights to help improve our service quality.

  • Upselling & Retention: Recommend add-ons and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.

  • A natural people-person with a warm, empathetic approach.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals.

  • Tech-savvy and confident using PMS or CRM systems.

  • Calm under pressure and great at multitasking.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a big plus).
