Guidance Counselor

The Guidance Counselor plays a vital role in the holistic development of students by providing academic, emotional, social, and career guidance. The counselor works closely with students, teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the overall well-being and success of every learner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Values Education or a related field

• Licensed Guidance Counselor (RA 9258 – Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004) – an advantage

• Registered Psychometrician (RPM) – an advantage

• At least 1–2 years of experience in school counseling or related practice (preferred but not always required for entry-level)
