Job Description - HDSI: Primary Nurse (HealthFirst BGC)

The outpatient nurse provides basic nursing care to patients in a clinic setting. They assist doctors during consultations, check and monitor vital signs, administer medications and vaccinations, and ensure a smooth patient flow and comfort during their visit.

Duties and Responsibilities

Take and record patient vital signs
Assist doctors during medical check-ups and monitor procedures
Administrator of prescribed medications and injections
Prepare and clean equipment and treatment rooms
Educate patients on health maintenance and medication instructions
Coordinate referrals and schedule follow-up appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality
Ensure infection control and clinic safety protocols are followed

Background and Qualifications

Must be a registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting
Basic life support (BLS/ ACLS) certification is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy and familiarity with medical records are a plus

Location: HealthFirst Clinic BGC, Taguig

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5pm
