Head of Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial guidance. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls. Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Responsible for overseeing BIR filings, including awareness of the individuals handling the filings and adherence to filing deadlines. Acts as the main point of contact for auditors, facilitating communication and conducting reviews of financial statements.
• Lead and mentor accounting professionals. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements. Present reports to senior management.
• Oversee budgeting and collaborate with department heads. Develop financial forecasts and models. Monitor budget variances and provide explanations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls. Conduct periodic effectiveness reviews.
• Coordinate external audits and address findings. Implement recommended improvements.
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital. Oversee banking relationships and transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
