Head of Agency Banking

One of the top universal banks in the Philippines is looking for a banking professional in Agency Banking and the level is open to AVP - VP.

This role is focused on overseeing the agency banking of the business, entailing strategic planning, product development, and implementation through partner agents. The aim is to boost sales and revenue, securing a leading market position within the industry.

• Develop new products and services for financial inclusion of unserved and underserved Filipinos in remote locations
• Handle compliance, risk management, and fraud issues of the department
• Lias with external parties and vendors for system upgrades
• Maintain and refine comprehensive product manuals for all agency banking offerings.
• Facilitate seamless coordination among different departments and stakeholders to guarantee timely project delivery and exceptional execution of new products and services.
• Innovate and create products and services that adhere to both internal guidelines and external regulatory standards.
