Job Description

The Head of CRM and Marketing Services will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer engagement and marketing initiatives. This role demands a strategic leader who can oversee the development and implementation of innovative CRM strategies while aligning them with our broader marketing objectives and to support our brand building intiatives . The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through targeted campaigns and personalized experiences.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and retention across multiple channels.
  • Lead a team to analyze customer data, behavior, and trends to derive actionable insights for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely and proactively with categories and brands to define new service opportunities and tools that would help them achieve their objectives
  • Collaborate with category digital specialists on building social media strategy including community management strategy driving higher consumer engagement

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years experience in Marketing Services and some exposure to Marketing, Business Operations, Customer Service, and/or Crisis Management in FMCG industry
  • Experienced Consumer Engagement Services professional with exposure to contact centers operations
  • Strong understanding of digital and eCommerce landscape
