Job Description - Head of Endemic Growth - Philippines

Job Title: Head of Endemic Growth


Department: Business Development


Reports To: Group CEO



Summary:



The Head of Endemic Growth is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to generate revenue from game publishers. This role focuses on identifying, creating, and launching innovative revenue-generating products and services tailored to the needs of the gaming industry. The Head of Endemic Growth will lead a team, build strong relationships with game publishers, and drive the adoption of new revenue streams.



Key Responsibilities:



1. Strategy Development and Execution:



  • Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy focused on generating revenue from game publishers.

  • Product Development: Identify and develop new revenue-generating products and services that meet the needs of game publishers.

  • Talent Partnerships: Identify and develop new revenue-generating products and services in partnership with gaming & lifestyle talent.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the gaming industry.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.

  • Revenue Forecasting: Accurately forecast revenue from endemic sources and track progress against targets.


2. Product Management and Innovation:



  • Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap for endemic revenue products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

  • Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with talent, BI, and marketing teams to develop and launch successful products.

  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, encouraging the development of new and unique revenue-generating solutions.


3. Game Publisher Relationship Management:



  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at game publishers.

  • Needs Assessment: Understand the needs and challenges of game publishers and identify opportunities to provide value.

  • Partnership Development: Negotiate and manage partnerships with game publishers to drive revenue growth.

  • Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and support.


4. Team Leadership and Management:



  • Team Building: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of revenue-focused professionals.

  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their skills and performance.

  • Team Motivation: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.


5. Sales and Business Development:



  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive adoption of endemic revenue products.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to game publishers.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with game publishers.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.


6. Reporting and Analysis:



  • Revenue Reporting: Prepare and analyze revenue reports to track performance and identify trends.

  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of endemic revenue initiatives.


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Experience: Proven experience in revenue generation, business development, or product management, with a focus on the gaming industry.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including game publishers, developers, and platforms.

  • Product Management Skills: Strong product management skills, with the ability to define and manage product roadmaps.

  • Sales and Business Development Skills: Excellent sales and business development skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferable.

  • Endemic Revenue Growth: Achievement of revenue targets from game publishers.

  • Product Adoption Rate: Percentage of game publishers adopting new revenue-generating products.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Customer satisfaction scores from game publishers.

  • New Product Launches: Number of successful new product launches.

  • Partnership Development: Number of strategic partnerships with game publishers.
