Head of IT | Onsite | Fixed Dayshift and Weekends Off

ZigZag is looking for a Head of IT!

*You must be willing to report on site from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm Manila Time in Ortigas

ZigZag is a global BPO and talent solutions company working with clients around the world. We’re on the hunt for a Head of IT & Cybersecurity Lead to take the reins of our IT operations and security infrastructure, driving both internal excellence and client-facing cybersecurity services.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape our network and infrastructure, lead security strategy, and cybersecurity team to deliver world-class solutions to our clients. What You’ll Do

• Network & Infrastructure Leadership

  • Lead the design, implementation, and upkeep of ZigZag’s office network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPN).

  • Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and ensure maximum uptime, security, and performance.

  • Oversee integration with physical security systems (swipe access, CCTV).
     

• Cybersecurity Leadership

  • Drive ZigZag’s cybersecurity strategy, both internally and for client offerings.

  • Collaborate with our Canadian cybersecurity team to deliver EDR/MDR services.

  • Respond to security incidents, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and more.
     

• IT Services and Support

  • Lead a small but mighty IT support team, ensuring top-tier support for on-site and remote staff.

  • Manage IT ticketing via ClickUp, remote access via TeamViewer, and tech onboarding/offboarding.

  • Provide regular cybersecurity and data privacy training.
     

• Strategic Projects & Collaboration

  • Partner with executives and client teams to align IT and security infrastructure with business goals.

  • Play a key role in company initiatives, including B Corp readiness and compliance improvements.

  • Actively participate in Agile stand-ups, sprints, and cross-team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in IT leadership with strong expertise in network and firewall administration.

• Solid background in cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.

• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, or similar enterprise-grade network solutions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.

• Experience managing hybrid/remote IT environments.

• Certifications like CCNP, Fortinet NSE, CISSP, CISM are a plus.
