Job Description - Head of Operations

Description

Our Client is a digital marketing agency hiring a Head of Operations to lead and manage the overall operational functions within the company. This leadership role involves overseeing daily activities, driving process improvements, and ensuring operational excellence to support business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to foster performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant solutions.
  • Collaborate with other department heads, including sales, marketing, and finance, to support company objectives.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embrace best practices to enhance operational excellence.
  • Report to senior leadership on operational performance and progress on key initiatives.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and driving process improvements.
  • Experience with operational software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
