Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Operations: Develop, improve & implement operational processes and guidelines to ensure seamless and efficient functioning of stores Ensuring excellent customer service standards as well as handling/ addressing feedback and complaints Implement streamlined processes and for commissary operations to ensure efficient production and distribution of products Ensuring implementation of quality and consistency of menu and services that uphold the brand's reputation People management & training through identifying, training and managing staff members Fostering a positive work environment and a culture of continuous learning and growth by providing necessary support Executing budgets, monitoring costs, maximizing profitability and monitoring financial performance
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Operations candidate: Strong operational and leadership background in the hospitality space with a great track record in career progress At least 10 years of operations experience, 5 years in leading a team Must be amenable to travelling for store visits and in following retail hours // industry demands when it comes to work schedule and hours, especially during holiday season
