ROLE PURPOSE:

• To ensure the compliance of DSC business in accordance to DHL, customer and regulatory requirement for HSE, QA and Security.
• Work with all stakeholders in driving standardization across all DSC operations in accordance to DSC guidelines in business conducts (eg in the area of operations standards/process, project onboarding/implementation and performance management)
• Agent of change to promote and accelerate digitalization and sustainability (ESG) aspect within the business.
• Continuously driving continuous improvement to allow DHL becoming FIRST Choice (customer, investor) and work towards team engagement (respect and result driven) to enable DHL becoming Employer of Choice and Great Place to Work (GTPW).

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Logistics Management or relevant discipline, Master degree will be advantage.
• More than 9-10 years in Operational Excellence and project management function, preferably 1-2 years in similar role or within OE organization. 
• Experience in managing team (in leadership position) and experience in stakeholder management.
• Six Sigma or trained problem-solving tool is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge or training around area of HSE, QA and Security
• Knowledge in high level program and project implementation with proven leadership skill in driving team engagement and collaboration.
• Working in a multi-cultural organization
