Philcare Pharma, Inc. (PPI) now in
its 15th year of operation is an established mid-size pharmaceutical company
with nationwide operations, expanding aggressively in niche, hospital-based
critical care solutions. We bring to the Philippine market specialty medicines
and devices in critical care, cardiovascular, anti-infectives, anesthesia and
pain, and advanced wound care — therapies chosen because they address unmet
clinical needs and because few others can supply them.
Our business model
is built on scientific depth and clinical partnership with the medical
community. Our field teams work alongside intensivists, cardiologists,
anesthesiologists, and infectious disease specialists in the country's leading
hospitals, supported by a dedicated Medical Affairs function, structured
training, and a performance driven culture that values integrity and competency
in every interaction.
We are growing on
every axis: new molecules, new therapeutic areas, new hospital channels, and a
national field force organized for depth of engagement. Our ambition is to be
the most trusted specialty healthcare partner to Philippine hospitals and clinicians,
and we are building the organization, systems, and leadership to match that
ambition. The Head of People & Capability is central to that build.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created senior leadership position with a seat on
the Management Committee and a direct line to the General Manager. You will
lead three functions as one integrated People & Capability organization:
Human Resources, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Training & Development.
Few roles in Philippine pharma offer this breadth. You will shape
how PPI attracts, develops, rewards, and retains its people; own the people
architecture behind the commercial plan — territory and target design, sales
incentives, grading and career tracks, key account selling capability, and
leadership development for field managers; and serve as the General Manager's
principal advisor on organization and talent, with the mandate, budget, and
owner access to build for the next decade.
What You Will Own
- HR operations and governance —
compliance, policies, employee relations, HRIS — and the talent acquisition,
compensation, and career architecture behind them
- The annual target-setting,
territory, and KPI cycle for the national field force, and the sales incentive
program
- Onboarding, selling-skills, and
coaching programs for Medical Representatives, Key Account Specialists, and
District Sales Managers
- Organization design and change
management as PPI expands into new therapeutic areas and channels
- A team — SFE Manager, Training
Officer, and HR — that you will grow into independent functional leaders
