Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sourcing and onboarding of new clients
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of new business.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with finance to develop pricing strategies and manage budgets

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the industry and market in which the company operates.
  • Preferably with experience in connecting with US-based clients is
  • Experience working with BPO companies in Sales is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Sales Leader) can be an added advantage.
