The Supply Chain Manager leads the strategic and operational management of end-to-end supply chain functions including demand and supply planning, warehouse and inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics operations. The role ensures forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, cost-effective warehousing, and timely delivery execution. It also champions continuous process improvement, automation initiatives, and vendor management to support business growth. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Commercial, Finance, Operations, and external partners to enable a seamless, efficient, and scalable supply chain environment.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full supply and demand planning cycles to ensure alignment with business goals and forecast accuracy.
Oversee inventory planning, space utilization, stock optimization, and conduct periodic inventory audits.
Drive fulfillment and logistics operations while ensuring service level adherence and timely resolution of delivery issues.
Optimize warehouse processes, including layout planning, resource allocation, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Spearhead cost-saving initiatives, supply chain transformation, and other strategic projects.
Lead monthly S&OP meetings to align with Commercial and Finance teams on forecast assumptions, product transitions, promotions, and distribution plans.
Manage 3PL partners, monitor vendor performance through KPIs, and lead contract negotiations and governance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on inventory stockholding, forecast accuracy, service level targets, and order fulfillment.
Provide clear, data-driven reporting and actionable insights to management and relevant stakeholders.Mentor and develop supply chain team members to build leadership capabilities within the department.
Participate in business planning and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
Perform other related tasks as needed to support supply chain excellence.

You’ve built your credentials in top-performing companies across logistics, retail, or e-commerce, and thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments. Your leadership style is both collaborative and assertive, and you bring energy, clarity, and accountability to everything you do. You are process-oriented yet agile, combining long-term vision with operational precision.
Key Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
5–8 years of end-to-end supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership roleExperience in demand and supply planning, fulfillment, inventory management, and 3PL/vendor negotiations
Strong understanding of the S&OP process and operational improvement methodologies
Outstanding leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Highly proficient in data analysis tools and ERP systems; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino
Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP) are a plus
Must be willing to work on a Hybrid setup with regular on-site presence required for warehouse and team alignment.
