Job Description - Head of Total Rewards Management

Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Position: Head of Total Rewards Management 

Schedule: Shifting 

Work Set-up: Hybrid 

Employment Type: Full Time and Direct Hire 

Job Qualification:

  • Educational Attainment can be Bachelor's Degree Holder or Post Graduate.
  • Must have extent experience in Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits with a total of 10+ years of strong Leadership experience, managing a combination of Local and Global operations.
  • Have a deep understanding in Total Rewards to be able to interpret, analyze and improve compensation policies and programs
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. 

Responsibilities:

  • As a Head of Total Rewards Management, you are tasked to design and implement effective total rewards program or policies and collaborating with HR Leaders.
  • Provide strategic business support to challenges and be able to identify shadowed opportunities to achieve business growth and employee attraction.
  • Lead or be part of programs and projects related to total rewards improvement.
  • Strategically use current data or be data driven in getting insights to develop certain solutions or process improvement - market positioning, job evaluations, market pricing, and salary structures.
  • Stakeholder management on keeping tabs on the Total Rewards position.
