Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Technology Architecture Head. 

In this role, you will lead the Technology Architecture Team in documenting and defining the Bank's technology architecture according to evolving business needs. You will establish architecture standards to guide consistent project designs and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to develop a technology roadmap and identify key initiatives to achieve the target architecture.

What the role will entail

• Lead the Technology Architecture Team by aligning with management, organizing training, and managing essential administrative tasks
• Build strong collaboration within the Enterprise Architecture Team to ensure Technology Architecture aligns with the bank's overall architectural vision
• Craft an inspiring technology roadmap that will guide the bank toward innovation and excellence
• Establish and enforce Technology Architecture Standards for both on-premise and cloud solutions
• Maintain design artifact repositories and conduct compliance audits
• Present impactful reports and updates to Senior Management, Executive Management, and the Board to support strategic decision-making

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field is required; postgraduate degree or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification is an advantage
• At least 10 years of experience in two distinct IT disciplines such as technology architecture, server/network management, or cloud management
• At least 5 years of experience in technology architecture, along with 3 years in a leadership role; experience in banking or a related industry is an advantage
