In this vital role, you’ll be a true talent magnet, responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier professionals for our most specialized and hard-to-fill positions. This isn't just about finding resumes; it's about building genuine connections and persuading the best to join our mission.
Your Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Proactively source passive candidates for niche and high-priority roles, expanding My Mountain Mover's virtual assistant talent pool.
Master the art of engaging with talent who aren't actively searching, making them excited about the opportunity to "move mountains" with us.
Conduct effective pre-screening and pre-qualification calls.
Consistently deliver a pipeline of high-quality, Mover Ready Assessments (MRAs) to our recruiters.
Job Advertisement & Performance Management:
Maintain and update job ad trackers to ensure optimal visibility.
Post job openings across all relevant channels, strategically targeting top talent.
Monitor ad performance and adjust your strategy to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
Candidate Pool Management:
Build and nurture a strong talent pool of expert-level virtual assistants.
Align your sourcing efforts with our weekly demand forecasts to ensure we’re always prepared.
Employer Branding & Collaboration:
Be a brand ambassador, representing My Mountain Mover as an employer of choice on all platforms.
Participate in calibration calls and share market insights to help us stay ahead of the curve.
Contribute to our positive, fun, and collaborative team environment by participating in company events.
What You'll Need to Succeed:At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, with a focus on high-volume or virtual assistant hiring.
Expertise in Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques.
Proven ability in passive sourcing methods.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the power to persuade.
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
