About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our growing healthcare support team! In this role, you will assist members, providers, and healthcare partners by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you!

What You'll Do

Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, or chat
Provide information on benefits, eligibility, claims, and authorizations
Assist healthcare providers and members with their requests
Process or support pre-authorization and service-related requests
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of concerns
Maintain a professional and customer-first approach at all times
Use internal systems and tools to manage cases and updates
Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills (English – verbal and written)
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years in college or a college graduate (any course)
With or without BPO/Customer Service experience (experience is an advantage)
Healthcare account experience is a plus but not required
