In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals across various sectors. Your goal will be to match the right candidates with the right positions, helping to ensure that healthcare providers can deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality healthcare professionals
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals
• Stay informed on industry regulations, trends, and job market changes
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear job descriptions and requirements
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and reach candidates
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of various healthcare roles, certifications, and industry standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and clients
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking
